Each of the established dealers on Jewellery Discovery has all been checked by our Founder and each item listed is vetted for authenticity by our jewellery and watch specialists.

To purchase an item from the website, you will first need to create an account by clicking the sign-up link.
Once you have done this, you can use our secure checkout to purchase your items.
We are based in Mayfair, London and operate on an appointment-only basis. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please contact us.

For the UK delivery all items listed include Vat and Duty where applicable.
For items shipped internationally Duty and Tax fees may apply as each country has different regulations we would be happy to advice before purchase if any extra fees would be applicable.
- Entry into the USA – Antique items carry not extra fees or import Duty.
Delivery & Returns Information
All items are sent via our secure courier and are fully insured by us.
Delivery times:

We aim for all items to arrive within these times, however, due to the current world situation, this may not always be possible. If there will be any delays with your item, we will always endeavour to let you know.
If you request an urgent delivery please get in touch and we will try to have this arranged.
We have a 14 day returns period.
Should you be unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact us.
All returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.
Whilst we provide free shipping, we kindly ask that any returns are paid for by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
Once we have received your item back and have checked that it is in its original condition, your refund will be processed and will arrive back on your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
We ship worldwide excluding Russia.

At present we don’t not have any finance options.
We can offer layaway, items paid over a few months then collection once the total amount has been settled.
An invoice is sent at the point of sale.
We also provided a free valuation report which is done by our in house registred IRV National Association of Goldsmith Valuer and is accepted by all insurance companies. Read more about our valuer: Click HERE
This report can take up a week after the item has been purchased and a PDF copy will also be sent to the registered email address.

Sizing
Ring sizing is not normally an issue as many rings can usually be resized. The exceptions to this would be a full eternity ring which would need to be made to order, or where the band is of an unusual design such as twisted.
