A stunning, early 20th century, sapphire and diamond ring. The central 0.88ct sapphire is flanked either side by an old mine-cut diamond, all entwinned within single cut and rose cut diamond crossover shoulders. Mounted in platinum upon 18ct yellow gold. Circa 1910.
