Antique Edwardian Opal Five Stone Ring with Diamonds

A stunning, early 20th century, five stone ring. Showcasing five graduating oval cabochon cut opals highlighted with eight diamond chips. Mounted in 18ct yellow gold with traditional carved claw detailing and hand carved scrolling under-gallery.

The opals have a wondrous play of colour, with blue, pink and green fire displayed within the gemstones and are so well matched.

Ring size: UK P / US 7½ / EU 55¼, can be resized
Hallmarks: Stamped 18ct with mark for London. Tested with touchstone as 18ct gold. Sadly the date letter has worn away.
